ABOUT ME
Hi, I’m Coleitha "Cole" Banks,
I’m Coleitha “Cole” Banks — a mom of twins, author, and entrepreneur who’s passionate about helping women choose themselves in travel, business, and life.
In 2017, I founded Sisters Traveling Solo®, a global travel brand and community of over 120,000 women, to empower and support women, especially Black women, to explore the world on their own terms. What started as a Facebook group has grown into a movement and a multi-million-dollar company that’s taken women to every continent.
My work has been featured in Forbes, Essence, Travel + Leisure, Money Magazine, and Black Enterprise, and I’ve been honored as a FedEx Global Entrepreneur of the Year and a For(bes) The Culture: Queen of Culture.
Through my brand, my book, and my journey, I’m here to remind women that choosing yourself changes everything.
I don’t just create trips — I create spaces for women to see themselves differently. Every destination is a reminder that you are capable, worthy, and powerful — all on your own.
